  • Pinnacle Village is a single-family, gated neighborhood in SCA and pays this assessment, which includes the Main Association Assessment.
  • Only the duplexes within these neighborhoods pay this assessment, which includes the Main Association Assessment. Single family homes within these neighborhoods only pay the Main Association Assessment.
  • The Villas have several differences from the majority of the other SCA properties. These include garbage service, exterior painting, landscaping services, and limited common areas.
